Where can I find out how much the shipping of my order will cost? add
The shipping fee is based on the size of an order.
We always try to find the cheapest way of shipping.
You are always welcome to contact us, and we will calculate the shipping costs for your specific delivery.
What are the delivery options? add
We use GLS for smaller deliveries and Danske Fragtmænd for pallet deliveries.
You are also welcome to pick up your order at our warehouse in Denmark.
What do I do if my received items are damaged? add
It is important that you check all items at receipt and notify the distributor of any damages.

What is the return policy? add
Generally, returns are not accepted when bought under B2B rules.
If you want to return goods as a business customer, this is possible only by special agreement and only if the goods are not custom-made.
Always contact Danfilter before returns.
Can I cancel my entire order? add
If you wish to cancel or change your order, it is important that you contact Danfilter as soon as possible.
If production has already started at our or our supplier’s site, cancellation is not possible anymore.
What do I do if items are missing from my order? add
If any items are missing from your order, you should contact us promptly and we will resolve this as soon as possible.
What do I do if my order has not been delivered? add
Contact us as soon as you notice a missing delivery and we will find out what went wrong.
What is the delivery time of your filters? add
We keep all standard filters in-stock, and we produce many types of filters in-house, which is why we can often deliver your filters very quickly.
For specific products, we work with several skilled suppliers and always do our best to deliver quickly – contact us for exact delivery times.

Can I pay via EAN number? add
Yes –contact us to set up payment via EAN number.
Can I purchase on account? add
Generally, business customers can purchase on account. Contact us to find out your options.
How do I receive my order confirmation/invoice? add
We send out order confirmations and invoices via email. Invoices can also be sent via the EAN system.
After we receive an order, confirmation is sent out as soon as possible.
Invoices are sent once the order has been packed and completed, shortly before the goods are shipped by the shipping company.
