The shipping fee is based on the size of an order.

We always try to find the cheapest way of shipping.

You are always welcome to contact us, and we will calculate the shipping costs for your specific delivery.

We use GLS for smaller deliveries and Danske Fragtmænd for pallet deliveries.

You are also welcome to pick up your order at our warehouse in Denmark.

It is important that you check all items at receipt and notify the distributor of any damages.

Generally, returns are not accepted when bought under B2B rules.

If you want to return goods as a business customer, this is possible only by special agreement and only if the goods are not custom-made.

Always contact Danfilter before returns.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, it is important that you contact Danfilter as soon as possible.

If production has already started at our or our supplier’s site, cancellation is not possible anymore.

If any items are missing from your order, you should contact us promptly and we will resolve this as soon as possible.

Contact us as soon as you notice a missing delivery and we will find out what went wrong.

We keep all standard filters in-stock, and we produce many types of filters in-house, which is why we can often deliver your filters very quickly.

For specific products, we work with several skilled suppliers and always do our best to deliver quickly – contact us for exact delivery times.



Yes –contact us to set up payment via EAN number.

Generally, business customers can purchase on account. Contact us to find out your options.

We send out order confirmations and invoices via email. Invoices can also be sent via the EAN system.

After we receive an order, confirmation is sent out as soon as possible.

Invoices are sent once the order has been packed and completed, shortly before the goods are shipped by the shipping company.
