As a business, you can shop at Danfilter by contacting us or by being contacted with a non-binding offer. You can either order directly or contact Danfilter by phone or via email.

Prices

Prices are not displayed at Danfilter, as we prepare personalised offers for all of our customers depending on their needs.  

Shipping

The warehouse dispatches orders on all business days through the following shipping companies: GLS (Business packages); Danske Fragtmænd (General shipping).

Danfilter is a manufacturing business, so individual products may have a delivery time of 3-10 business days.

You will always receive order confirmation detailing your expected delivery time. Longer delivery times may occur in connection with public holidays.

Order cancellation

To cancel or annul an order you have already placed, send us an email with the subject header "Order Cancellation" in which the time of the order placement and the order number are stated.

If you have received an order confirmation email, this can be returned to the sender with the subject header "Order Cancellation!". As a Danfilter customer, you always have the right to return orders within 30 days.

Payment

You will only be able to make a payment once you have received an offer and approved it. Payments are carried out via a forwarded invoice.

The order will be dispatched within a few days. You have 30 days’ full right to return once the order has been delivered. However, this does not apply to made-to-order and repatriated items and filters.

Warranty

Products purchased from Danfilter come with a 2-year product warranty. The difference between a product guarantee and a warranty is detailed under our purchasing rules. If an additional product guarantee or warranty applies, this will be shown separately in the invoice.

Should the item become defective during the warranty period, it will be repaired free of charge at either our own workshop or that of the manufacturer. Damage to the product caused by operating errors, handling errors, modifications or gross misuse on the part of the user is not covered by the warranty. This also includes changing the intensity of the current applied to any relevant component.

Use of the warranty

Danfilter must be notified of any complaints regarding product errors and defects within a reasonable period of time after receipt of the goods.

The customer is strongly advised to provide a statement regarding the product's error or defect in connection with the product complaint, as failure to do so may prolong the remedial process due to troubleshooting.

Items that are not included in the warranty and/or are received without being properly packaged will be repackaged and a fee equal to expenses incurred by Danfilter for the necessary and proper packaging will be charged. Return items are to be shipped to the following address:

Goods returned for cash-on-delivery or shipped with unpaid postage are refused by Danfilter.

Guarantee

Danfilter's products comply with the applicable standard for filtration in accordance with EN779:2012.
No guarantee is provided for the service life or durability of the product, as this will vary according to individual conditions of use and installation type.

Danfilter cannot be held liable for any consequential damages or costs associated with improper use of our products, we are of course responsible in accordance with the general rules of Danish law.
It is the customer's responsibility to check that the filter is used correctly and complies with the specifications of the ventilation system in question.

Right to return

As a corporate customer at Danfilter, you have right to return orders within 30 days. However, made-to-order items and filter rolls cut to size are not accepted for return.

If the item delivered to you does not live up to your expectations, or if you would like to return filters to Danfilter, you should always contact us so that a mutual agreement can be made. We always try to find a solution that satisfies all parties involved, but only once a mutual agreement has been discussed with your vendor.

Privacy policy

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need to store data about you and your purchase history.
This includes your name, address, telephone number and email address as well as information about your ventilation system.

We record and pass on the personal data necessary to deliver the item to you. This is necessary for GLS to be able to provide the requested service. Danfilter uses Trustpilot to allow you to review your buying experience. In this case, your personal data is disclosed to Trustpilot, who send out invitations to review Danfilter. When reviewing Danfilter on Trustpilot, you must be registered as a user at Trustpilot. Thus, you enter into a personal data agreement with Trustpilot, which Danfilter is unauthorised to access.

The personal data registered with Danfilter Aps and our partners is stored for 5 years from your most recently placed order, after which the data is deleted.

We also work with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies only process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can adequately protect your data.
As a customer of Danfilter.dk, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to know what information is registered about you. If you believe the data is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have an obligation to delete your personal data if you request it. This may be the case, for example, if the data is no longer needed for the purpose it was intended to be used for. You have these rights in accordance with the Personal Data Act – for enquiries in connection with this, please contact info@danfilter.dk. Newsletters and the use of your email address

As a Danfilter customer, you must always provide your email address.
We can only process your order if the correct address is provided. This is because your order confirmation, invoice and information about the shipment of the goods are sent to you via email.

We use your email address to send you information about your order as well as offers of relevant products and services in our product range. This is carried out in accordance with section 10 (2) of the Danish Marketing Practices Act.

You can always choose to unsubscribe from Danfilter via the link at the bottom of our emails.
If you choose to unsubscribe, your email address will be permanently removed from our mailing lists.
